Due to the extremely high demand in our webshop, your order may be shipped later than usual. Additionally, our helpdesk is currently very busy and may not be able to respond to all emails and messages immediately. We are doing our utmost to resolve this as quickly as possible. Did you place your order on a business day before 23:59 PM? Then it will be shipped the same day by our carrier DHL (except on weekends and holidays).

Netherlands and Belgium
From €35,- your order will be delivered for free.
Is your order below this amount? Then we charge €7.95 for shipping costs.

Germany
From €40,- your order will be delivered for free.
Is your order below this amount? Then we charge €9.95 for shipping costs.

France
From €55,- your order will be delivered for free.
Is your order below this amount? Then we charge €9.95 for shipping costs.

Once your package is sorted at the DHL sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking code to track your package. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be returned to our logistics center or, if possible, delivered to a service point near you.

*Note! During sale periods or other promotions, the delivery of your package may take longer than you are used to. Once your package is sorted, you will receive the tracking information by email. Keep an eye on this for the most current information about your package.
