Have you placed your order on a business day before 3:00 PM? Then it will be shipped the same day by the selected carrier (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your package has been sorted at the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking code, which you can use to track your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be returned to our logistics center or, if available, delivered to a nearby service point.
