Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask you to return the product, including all supplied accessories, in good condition.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not be used, damaged, or incomplete. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when sending it back.

Returning your order is easy:

1. Complete the return form below.

2. Request your free return label.

3. Choose when and where you would like to drop off your parcel.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but your return will be handled within 10 business days of receipt at the latest.

After your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
